Finest Copywriting — 24 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, 75008 Paris, France
By accessing finestcopywriting.com or purchasing any services from Finest Copywriting, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Finest Copywriting.
Finest Copywriting provides professional copywriting services including website copywriting, sales funnel copy, email campaign writing, SEO article production, brand voice and messaging development, and advertising copy creation. All services are delivered entirely in digital format — no physical goods are manufactured, shipped, or delivered at any point during the engagement. Our services are performed by senior human copywriters with a minimum of ten years of professional experience.
Completing the checkout process on our website creates a binding service agreement between you (the "Client") and Finest Copywriting (the "Provider"). All payments are processed securely via Stripe in EUR. By completing checkout, you authorise the charge to your payment method. Enterprise clients may request alternative payment arrangements including milestone-based billing by contacting us prior to purchase. Full invoices are provided automatically via Stripe for all transactions.
Upon receipt of full and final payment, you own all rights to the final approved copy deliverables, including the right to use, modify, reproduce, and publish the copy in any medium. Preliminary concepts, draft versions, and unused alternatives remain the intellectual property of Finest Copywriting until specifically approved by you. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing prior to project commencement.
You agree to provide requested brand materials, access credentials, feedback, and approvals within the timelines agreed in the project brief. Delays on your side will extend our delivery timeline proportionally. We will notify you promptly of any impact to the project schedule resulting from delayed inputs.
Revision rounds are included as specified per plan. Revisions address changes within the original project scope. Requests that expand the scope beyond the original brief (additional pages, new services, changed target audience) will be quoted separately and require your written approval before work begins.
All client materials, brand strategies, business information, and project details are treated as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client information to any third party without explicit written consent. Non-disclosure agreements are available and signed upon request.
Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fee paid for the specific project in question. We do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes such as revenue targets, conversion rates, or traffic volumes, as these depend on factors beyond our control including market conditions, product quality, pricing, and implementation of our recommendations.
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. In case of termination, refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to terminate immediately if the client engages in behaviour that is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of applicable law.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France. Last updated: March 2026
